Job Description

Overview

  • Lead the planning and execution of events, ensuring seamless coordination and exceptional experiences.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align event objectives with organizational goals.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to deliver successful events within constraints.
  • Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and logistics for event operations.

  • Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and regulatory requirements for events.

  • Provide leadership and mentorship to event team members.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
