Job Description

Overview

  • Lead clinical research studies in obstetrics and gynecology, advancing maternal wellness and reproductive health.
  • Provide medical oversight ensuring ethical and safe conduct of OB/GYN trials.
  • Collaborate with study teams, sponsors, and regulatory agencies to maintain compliance.
  • Oversee participant care and guide study protocols for accurate results.
  • Offer flexibility with full-time or part-time employment options.
  • Work in a dynamic clinical research environment with patient interaction.
  • Contribute to advancements in gynecologic conditions and reproductive medicine.
  • Ensure proper training and qualification of study staff for delegated tasks.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Supervise OB/GYN clinical trials ensuring protocol adherence and participant safety.
  • Conduct or oversee medical procedures and evaluations related to studies.
  • Review subject assessments, lab results, imaging, and adverse events.
  • Coordinate recruitment and screening of study participants.
  • Maintain compliance with FDA, GCP, and IRB standards.
  • Mentor Sub-Investigators and site personnel to ensure quality research.
  • Collaborate with sponsors and monitors to maintain data integrity.
  • Provide occasional support during weekends or after-hours as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) with specialization in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in OB/GYN preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical practice experience.
  • Current physician license in Ohio required.
  • Strong expertise in women’s health and reproductive medicine.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and research management software.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical research environment.
