Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Plan, coordinate, and evaluate clinical education activities for assigned areas.
  • Collaborate with area leadership to support ongoing staff development.
  • Develop and implement educational programs aligned with strategic goals.
  • Ensure compliance with Nursing Practice Act and organizational policies.
  • Facilitate curriculum development and instructional activities.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify staff development priorities.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices to enhance educational outcomes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
  • Active RN license from California Board of Registered Nursing.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification within 12 months of hire.
  • Minimum of three years of related clinical experience.
  • Proven ability to plan, implement, and evaluate clinical education programs.
  • Strong knowledge of educational principles and healthcare regulations.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
