Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Plan, coordinate, and evaluate clinical education activities for assigned areas.
- Collaborate with area leadership to support ongoing staff development.

- Ensure compliance with Nursing Practice Act and organizational policies.
- Facilitate curriculum development and instructional activities.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify staff development priorities.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
- Active RN license from California Board of Registered Nursing.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification within 12 months of hire.
- Minimum of three years of related clinical experience.
- Proven ability to plan, implement, and evaluate clinical education programs.
- Strong knowledge of educational principles and healthcare regulations.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
