Job Description

Overview

  • Collaborate with leadership, partners, and practice groups to execute strategic business development initiatives.
  • Provide support for litigation and corporate practice groups through targeted client outreach and marketing activities.
  • Manage and improve processes for proposals, pitches, and RFP responses, emphasizing firm strengths and differentiators.
  • Coordinate submissions for directories and awards, ensuring accurate representation of firm capabilities.
  • Maintain tracking systems and databases to streamline business development operations.
  • Support special marketing projects as needed, contributing to overall firm growth.
  • Work in a hybrid schedule, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Conduct research and competitive analysis to inform business development strategies.
  • Prepare high-quality pitches, proposals, and RFP responses, highlighting firm expertise.
  • Administer and enhance business development initiatives, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Draft and coordinate submissions for industry directories and awards.
  • Maintain and update tracking systems, including pitch trackers and experience databases.
  • Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys to align marketing efforts with firm objectives.
  • Assist with marketing technology initiatives to enhance operational capabilities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, with 4+ years of professional services experience.
  • Proficiency in project management, analytical thinking, and effective communication.
  • Experience in law firm business development preferred; fluency in French is advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly in writing, proofing, and marketing technology.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States; hybrid work arrangement required.
