Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Supervise all phases of on-site construction activities, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
  • Develop and implement detailed schedules to optimize resource allocation and efficiency.
  • Monitor budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining quality standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to uphold quality and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors for seamless project execution.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in construction management or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial construction, with a preference for 10 years.
  • Proven expertise in managing ground-up construction projects exceeding $20M in scope.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams effectively.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
