Overview

  • Lead engineering teams to develop innovative consumer-facing solutions using modern web technologies and cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead and mentor engineering leaders to drive excellence across technical domains and projects.
  • Define and monitor engineering metrics to ensure delivery predictability and quality outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to align priorities and timelines for engineering deliverables.
  • Oversee technical execution and operational health of platforms, ensuring security and scalability.
  • Promote disciplined use of AI-assisted tools to enhance development processes and results.
  • Develop and coach engineering leaders to foster accountability and professional growth.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to attract and retain top engineering talent.
  • Drive structured planning and execution processes to meet roadmap commitments and milestones.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 10-15 years of engineering experience, including 5+ years leading multi-team organizations.
  • Proven expertise in modern web technologies, API-driven architectures, and cloud environments.
  • Strong leadership skills in roadmap execution and delivery tracking across teams.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and sales/marketing integrations, preferably Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted QA tools and testing frameworks.
  • Exceptional communication skills to convey technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to lead remote or distributed teams effectively.
