Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Provide executive assistance to senior executives, including the SVP of Legal Affairs and General Counsel.
- Manage complex calendars, travel logistics, and conference arrangements with attention to detail.
- Organize and schedule meetings using various virtual platforms for seamless execution.
- Liaise with VIPs, government bodies, and external collaborators to foster productive relationships.
- Process invoices, reconcile expenses, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Coordinate corporate events and leadership meetings to ensure successful outcomes.
- Provide coverage for other executive assistants as needed to maintain operational continuity.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines in all activities.
- Handle additional duties as assigned by management to support organizational goals.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience providing executive support to senior leadership.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Experience in biotech or pharmaceutical industry is preferred but not required.
- High School Diploma or GED required; degree in related fields preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
