Overview

  • Lead and oversee MEP operations, ensuring project success and compliance with specifications.
  • Coordinate HVAC-heavy projects, managing subcontractor trades and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Utilize expertise in retrofit, occupied-space renovation, and phased construction projects.
  • Work on federal and GSA projects, ensuring adherence to regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with mechanical contractor companies and HVAC-focused construction firms.
  • Manage projects exceeding $20 million, ensuring technical excellence and efficiency.
  • Provide field leadership, coordinating trades and optimizing project workflows.
  • Ensure strong technical understanding and application of HVAC/MEP systems.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience, with 7 years preferred.
  • Strong background in MEP systems, with HVAC-heavy expertise.
  • Experience managing projects exceeding $20 million.
  • Proven field leadership experience coordinating subcontractor trades.
  • Knowledge of retrofit, occupied-space renovation, and phased construction.
  • Familiarity with federal and GSA project requirements.
