Job Description
Overview
- Serve as the technical lead throughout the customer lifecycle, supporting sales, onboarding, and account growth.
- Translate customer use cases into technical requirements and solution architectures using our platform and APIs.
- Build and deliver demos, prototypes, workflows, and sample analyses to illustrate solutions.
- Guide customers in selecting datasets across EO, SAR, IR, RF, HD video, and 3D formats.
- Support proposal development, RFP responses, and technical evaluations with expertise.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to influence roadmap direction.
- Produce documentation, tutorials, guides, and onboarding playbooks for customer success.
- Deliver training sessions and workshops to enhance customer understanding and engagement.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Act as a technical lead for customers, ensuring seamless onboarding and account growth.
- Develop solution architectures grounded in platform capabilities and customer requirements.
- Create and deliver demonstrations, prototypes, and workflows to showcase solutions.
- Assist customers in selecting and utilizing diverse datasets for their applications.
- Support proposal development and respond to RFPs with technical expertise.
- Collaborate with internal teams to influence product development and roadmaps.
- Develop comprehensive documentation and training materials for customer onboarding.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to enhance customer proficiency.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field.
- 5-10+ years of experience in solutions engineering, geospatial analysis, or remote sensing.
- Proficiency with QGIS, ArcGIS, web mapping services, and scripting languages like Python.
- Strong understanding of remote sensing fundamentals and geospatial workflows.
- Experience designing technical solutions and communicating tradeoffs effectively.
- Familiarity with APIs, cloud platforms, and enterprise customer support.
- Preferred experience with SAR, multi-sensor fusion, and AI/ML geospatial workflows.
- Ability to quickly build visualizations or dashboards for data representation.
