Investment Analyst – Real Estate Data Centers

Overview

• Lead strategic investment initiatives in real estate data centers, driving portfolio growth and optimizing asset performance.
• Collaborate with industry experts to identify and evaluate high-potential investment opportunities.
• Develop and refine financial models to support acquisition and investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Analyze acquisition opportunities, performing detailed financial and operational assessments.
• Oversee lease approvals and development projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Review project designs, budgets, and schedules to identify optimization opportunities.
• Conduct valuations for properties and portfolios, supporting quarterly investor reporting.
• Prepare comprehensive presentations for investment committees and stakeholders.
• Monitor business plan execution, recommending adjustments to address performance variances.
• Participate in development meetings, ensuring project progress aligns with objectives.
• Assist in refining leasing strategies and capital planning for asset optimization.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, real estate, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, asset management, or investment analysis.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and quantitative analysis for real estate investments.
• Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement and presentations.
• Experience with data center investments and asset management is highly desirable.
• Ability to conduct market assessments and provide actionable insights.
• Willingness to travel domestically for site visits and partner meetings.
• Proficiency in using analytical tools and software for investment evaluation.
