- Assist in compliance tasks, including AML/KYC processes and regulatory filings.

- Contribute to risk assessments and due diligence checks for counterparties.
- Collaborate on closing documentation for transactions and vendor agreements.
- Maintain organized records and enhance document management systems.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Coordinate formation and administration of legal entities and governing documents.

Job Requirements
