Job Description

Overview

  • Support the Legal and Compliance team in managing corporate legal entities and documentation.
  • Assist in compliance tasks, including AML/KYC processes and regulatory filings.
  • Ensure marketing materials comply with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate entity formation and administration processes effectively.
  • Contribute to risk assessments and due diligence checks for counterparties.
  • Collaborate on closing documentation for transactions and vendor agreements.
  • Maintain organized records and enhance document management systems.
  • Provide support for compliance policy preparation and implementation.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate formation and administration of legal entities and governing documents.
  • Organize and manage entity records and document management systems.
  • Assist with transaction documentation and vendor agreement processes.
  • Respond to KYC/AML requests and conduct due diligence checks.
  • Review marketing materials for compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Coordinate regulatory filings and compliance policy updates.
  • Support risk assessments for counterparties and service providers.
  • Assist with various legal and compliance tasks as required.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with strong academic credentials.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a corporate law firm or legal/compliance department.
  • Familiarity with AML/KYC processes and entity management preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Proficiency in document management and compliance systems.
