Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree with Paralegal certification required for eligibility.
- Minimum of three years of experience in real estate finance transactions; five years preferred for advanced proficiency.
- Proficiency in title and survey review and analysis for compliance with transaction requirements.
- Knowledge of jurisdictional real property statutes and recording practices for accurate documentation.
- Experience with software platforms such as iManage, Excel, SharePoint, and online portals for efficient task management.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing tasks and documentation.
