Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Maintain accurate books and records for multiple entities, ensuring compliance and integrity.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, supporting month-end and year-end close processes.
- Assist portfolio companies with financial planning, forecasting, and operational improvement initiatives.
- Conduct financial research and analysis for investment opportunities and M&A transactions.
- Support post-acquisition integration of financial systems and processes.
- Provide ad-hoc analytical support to the investment team and family office operations.
- Maintain confidential financial records with the highest level of discretion.
- Collaborate with portfolio company finance teams to implement financial controls and reporting processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or taxation is required.
- CPA certification is mandatory.
- Minimum of 4 years of accounting experience, preferably in public accounting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is essential.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are critical.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities are required.
