Job Requirements

- Proficiency in managing databases, project workflows, and regulatory documentation.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with diverse teams.
- Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Experience in corporate or financial transactions within relevant industries is preferred.
- Licensed notary or willingness to obtain certification is advantageous.
