Job Description

Overview

  • Lead architectural projects from initial concept to successful completion, ensuring design excellence and technical precision.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative and sustainable architectural solutions.
  • Utilize advanced design software to create detailed plans, models, and presentations.
  • Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulatory requirements throughout project phases.
  • Contribute to business development efforts, including client relationship management and proposal preparation.
  • Participate in meetings with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to align project objectives.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and refine design concepts and documentation for diverse architectural projects.
  • Prepare and coordinate comprehensive construction documents, ensuring accuracy and detail.
  • Lead project meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Coordinate efforts of consulting engineers and project team members to achieve project goals.
  • Ensure quality control by adhering to established project delivery standards and practices.
  • Manage project schedules and workflows to meet deadlines effectively and efficiently.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members, enhancing overall project execution.
  • Contribute to the preparation and delivery of client presentations and design reviews.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in architecture or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Revit, BIM, and advanced 3D modeling software tools.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and coordinate multidisciplinary teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for client and team interactions.
  • NCIDQ or ARE certification preferred; LEED accreditation is highly desirable.
