Overview

• Lead architectural projects as a Job Captain, ensuring design excellence and execution quality.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Draft and develop detailed architectural plans using AutoCAD and other design tools.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure seamless project integration.
• Monitor project progress, addressing technical challenges and ensuring design fidelity.
• Prepare and review project documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct site visits to oversee construction and ensure adherence to design specifications.
• Implement sustainable design practices and innovative solutions in architectural projects.
• Facilitate client meetings to discuss project updates, requirements, and feedback.
• Ensure all deliverables meet high-quality standards and project deadlines.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent degree required.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in architectural design; 7 years preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and advanced multi-dimensional design tools.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills to handle complex projects.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with clients and ensure project alignment.
