Job Description

Overview

  • Lead and oversee quality control programs for large-scale commercial, healthcare, education, and industrial projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the quality control processes.
  • Support the development of the client’s energy division, including BESS, solar, and utility projects.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet the highest quality standards and client expectations.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members within the quality control department.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and execution of quality assurance initiatives.
  • Maintain thorough documentation and reporting for quality control activities.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Implement and manage quality control programs across diverse project types.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers to address quality-related issues effectively.
  • Develop and maintain quality assurance documentation and protocols.
  • Support the energy division’s growth by ensuring quality standards in renewable energy projects.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on quality control procedures.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement within quality processes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in quality control, preferably in construction or energy sectors.
  • Preferred 15 years of experience with senior-level responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Experience with renewable energy projects such as BESS and solar is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
