Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Lead the design and development of architectural projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and project goals.
• Coordinate with construction teams, engineers, and consultants to integrate systems and structures seamlessly.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and documentation for project execution.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure quality standards are met.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent degree required.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in architectural project management; 10 years preferred.
• Proficiency in architectural design software, including AutoCAD and Revit.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively.
• Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality and innovative architectural designs.
• Experience in a managerial architectural role is highly desirable.
