Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Organize and manage meetings, ensuring streamlined workflows and effective program coordination.
- Maintain schedules and calendars using advanced tools like Microsoft Outlook and Zoom.
- Prepare travel arrangements and expense reports with accuracy using Concur software.
- Draft correspondence, screen emails and calls, and ensure professional responses.
- Conduct research and provide writing support for organizational materials and reports.
- Assist in supervising interns and fostering team development efforts.
- Handle special projects and urgent tasks as assigned by leadership.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information.
Job Requirements
- 5-7 years of executive-level administrative support experience in relevant industries.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; High School Diploma/GED minimum.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, Concur, Salesforce, and other tools.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
