Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage and coordinate executive calendars, scheduling, and meeting logistics.

- Draft, proofread, and format documents with attention to detail.
- Track and update project progress using management tools like Asana.
- Coordinate vendor communications, contracts, and invoice processing.

Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of executive-level administrative support experience.

- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading capabilities.
