Job Description

Overview

  • Drive full-cycle recruitment processes, from job postings to candidate onboarding, ensuring seamless hiring experiences and organizational alignment.
  • Leverage advanced applicant tracking systems to optimize recruitment workflows and enhance candidate management.
  • Source top talent through innovative platforms and strategies, including LinkedIn Recruiter and professional networks.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop tailored recruitment strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness and drive continuous improvement in diversity and inclusion.
  • Research and implement cutting-edge sourcing methods to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Maintain and update recruitment resources and contacts to support ongoing hiring needs.
  • Support both temporary and permanent hiring processes, including coordination with external agencies.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage job postings across ATS platforms and external sites to maximize visibility.
  • Conduct comprehensive phone screenings, interviews, and candidate evaluations.
  • Ensure consistent communication and follow-up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Generate and analyze recruitment reports to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Develop strong relationships with hiring managers to align recruitment efforts with organizational objectives.
  • Manage recruitment inbox and respond to candidate inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with search firms and temporary agencies to meet specialized hiring needs.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures to uphold organizational standards.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 4 years of recruitment experience, with 5 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in ATS platforms like JazzHR, Greenhouse, or Jobvite.
  • Demonstrated expertise in sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and similar tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to dynamic work environments.
  • Preferred experience in ATS administration and recruitment data analysis.
