Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
- Minimum of 4 years of recruitment experience, with 5 years preferred.
- Proficiency in ATS platforms like JazzHR, Greenhouse, or Jobvite.
- Demonstrated expertise in sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and similar tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to dynamic work environments.
