Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; certifications in construction management are advantageous.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management; 15 years preferred.
• Proven expertise in overseeing high-rise construction projects and concrete operations.
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols, regulations, and construction industry best practices.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills to manage teams and engage stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze project requirements and develop effective execution strategies.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools is highly desirable.
