- Support operational needs, including supply management and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Provide dedicated support to multiple executives, managing competing priorities effectively.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting senior executives; 5 years preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for reporting and organization.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Experience in media, entertainment, or corporate environments is a plus.
