Job Description

Overview

  • Lead construction projects in healthcare settings, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations while delivering high-quality results within established timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate with diverse stakeholders, including contractors, vendors, and medical professionals, to achieve project goals effectively and collaboratively.
  • Oversee tenant improvements and hospital construction, ensuring adherence to specifications and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure and compliant work environment for all personnel involved.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

  • Associate of Science (AS) degree or equivalent educational background in construction or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management, with a preference for healthcare construction experience.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools to streamline project operations.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare construction standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders effectively.
