Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop and implement brand activation strategies aligned with marketing goals.
- Plan and execute events, retail activations, and experiential campaigns.
- Manage relationships with influencers and coordinate product seeding initiatives.
- Oversee production and inventory of activation materials and displays.
- Track and report on campaign performance metrics and ROI analysis.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for seamless execution.
- Ensure alignment of creator-generated content with brand tone and identity.
- Monitor social media coverage and press related to activations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field required.
- 5–7 years of experience in brand activation or experiential marketing preferred.
- Proficiency in influencer analytics platforms and Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities in a dynamic environment.
- Experience within beauty, fragrance, or luxury brands is advantageous.
- Flexibility to support events and activations during evenings/weekends.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
