Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field; advanced certifications preferred.
  • Extensive experience in finance leadership roles within technology or SaaS industries.
  • Proven expertise in scaling businesses and operationalizing financial best practices.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial modeling, and revenue recognition principles.
  • Experience in mergers and acquisitions, investment banking, or venture capital is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated success in strategic planning, budgeting, and financial analysis.
