Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Support annual planning and quarterly forecasting cycles with detailed financial analysis.
- Conduct performance analysis to generate actionable insights for leadership.
- Ensure accuracy in accounting data and optimize liquidity management processes.
- Enhance FP&A systems efficiency through innovative process architecture and modeling.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for strategic decision-making.
- Lead special projects involving executive briefings and strategic analysis.
- Collaborate with finance teams to develop P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow forecasts.
- Support accounts payable workflows and manage working capital reviews.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics is required.
- 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, preferably within corporate environments.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets is essential.
- Experience with modern ERPs or planning software, such as SAP Analytics Cloud, is preferred.
- CPA or CFA certification, or progress toward one, is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to distill complex financial data.
- Proactive self-starter capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
