Job Description

Overview

  • Collaborate with the Capital Formation team to provide strategic distribution intelligence and solutions support for fundraising initiatives.
  • Analyze data, conduct research, and develop actionable insights to enhance investor strategies and decision-making processes.
  • Maintain and evolve KPI frameworks to deliver meaningful insights for distribution leadership and fundraising teams.
  • Support market segmentation strategies and track regional demand and capital build progress across funds in market.
  • Integrate market data platforms to identify industry trends and uncover new opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare presentation materials and conduct industry research to support product development and strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure data integrity across Salesforce fields and periodically review account coverage and investor tiering.
  • Collaborate on roadshow, conference, and marketing event planning with a data-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Serve as an analytical resource, adapting to shifting priorities and delivering time-sensitive results.
  • Design and maintain KPI frameworks to provide actionable insights for fundraising teams.
  • Deliver regular reporting on pipeline trends, activity metrics, and goal attainment to leadership.
  • Support market segmentation strategies to refine go-to-market approaches across investor channels.
  • Conduct competitor and LP analysis to identify strategies for displacing peers in target portfolios.
  • Prepare project plans and budgets for roadshows, conferences, and marketing events.
  • Integrate market data platforms to identify trends and surface new opportunities.
  • Ensure data integrity across Salesforce fields and review territory assignments and investor tiering.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management, distribution analytics, or financial services strategy.
  • Strong understanding of private markets fundraising lifecycle and investor strategies.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and familiarity with AI workflows and concepts.
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize large datasets and present findings effectively.
  • Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentations.
  • Self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work across functions and adapt to dynamic priorities.
