Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Oversee ERP system implementation, configuration, and maintenance to meet business needs.
- Lead a team of ERP professionals, providing guidance and fostering professional growth.
- Manage ERP service operations, including enhancements, feature development, and incident resolution.
- Collaborate with external vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Develop and maintain knowledge bases for internal and end-user use.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, regulations, and security standards.
- Manage the lifecycle of applications within the IT logistics and finance portfolio.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in ERP technical roles, including IT project delivery and system analysis.
- 5+ years of experience managing IT professionals and external consultants.
- Proficiency in ERP platforms such as Cargowise, SAP, NetSuite, or Oracle.
- Experience with ITIL, Agile/Scrum, and PMP certifications preferred.
- Knowledge of EDI/API, BI dashboard, and reporting solutions.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work onsite during standard office hours in New York.
