Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Record transactional activity for multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Manage vendor payments and maintain organized financial records for timely processing.
  • Prepare general ledger journal entries and reconcile bank accounts regularly.
  • Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounting records.
  • Assist in account setup, maintenance, and analytics to support financial operations.
  • Contribute to annual reporting processes, including supporting external audit requirements.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects and provide analytical insights to improve financial decision-making.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive financial data.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting with foundational knowledge of GAAP principles.
