Job Description

Overview

  • Support daily cash transaction operations, ensuring accuracy, security, and efficiency in execution.
  • Collaborate with client advisors and technology teams to optimize workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to delivering a high-quality client experience through effective transaction management.
  • Handle check deposits, official checks, and transaction reconciliations with precision.
  • Maintain detailed transaction records adhering to internal policies and audit standards.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and operational procedures.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to reduce operational risk and enhance efficiency.
  • Provide support for client inquiries and requests in collaboration with service teams.
  • Adapt to business needs with flexibility, including overtime and in-office availability.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Process and monitor recurring cash transactions, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Verify, post, and reconcile incoming funds from check deposits.
  • Issue and process official checks with proper authorization and documentation.
  • Review transactions for accuracy, resolving discrepancies and exceptions.
  • Maintain detailed transaction records in line with policies and audit standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address inquiries and support client needs.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and operational controls.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce risks.
  • Adapt to business demands, including overtime and in-office flexibility.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience required.
  • 1–3 years of experience in banking operations or cash management preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with banking systems essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills required.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Solid understanding of banking processes and transaction workflows preferred.
  • Execute responsibilities with urgency, accuracy, and prioritization.
