Overview
- Lead and oversee educational program operations to ensure high-quality special education services for children.
- Develop and implement curriculum aligned with regulatory standards and organizational goals.
- Supervise and mentor direct care and clinical staff to optimize performance and outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and maintain program accreditation standards.
- Collaborate with other agency programs and external organizations to enhance service delivery.

- Serve as a liaison with community stakeholders to promote program visibility and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Direct and coordinate all program components to ensure efficient utilization of resources.
- Supervise educational staff and provide ongoing training to enhance professional development.
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness through data-driven assessments and reporting.
- Develop strategies to address individual children's needs and foster inclusive learning environments.
- Ensure adherence to New York State education standards and certification requirements.
- Collaborate with leadership to align program goals with organizational objectives.

Job Requirements
- Master's Degree in Special Education or related field required.
- Active NYS Certification in School Building Leader (SBL) or School Administrator and Supervisor (SAS).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Special Education Teacher.
- At least 3 years of experience in a school administrative role.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and curriculum development.
- Proven ability to lead and supervise diverse teams effectively.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage program operations.
