Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Oversee day-to-day operations of healthcare construction projects.

Job Requirements

• Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree required.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in healthcare construction management.
• Preferred 5 years of experience in similar roles.
• Proficiency in scheduling tools and cost control systems.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Ability to manage subcontractors and vendors effectively.
