Overview

  • Support high-velocity deal execution in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Conduct financial, operational, and strategic due diligence on acquisitions.
  • Develop detailed financial models to evaluate investment opportunities.
  • Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives.
  • Participate in management presentations and diligence meetings.
  • Manage deal timelines and priorities with organizational rigor.
  • Contribute to investment memos and presentation materials.
  • Engage with strong personalities and maintain effective relationships.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive due diligence on prospective acquisitions.
  • Build financial models to assess scenarios and value creation levers.
  • Develop investment memos for stakeholders and leadership.
  • Lead specific diligence workstreams across multiple deals.
  • Participate in analyst calls and management presentations.
  • Collaborate with investment teams and operational partners.
  • Manage workflows and deal timelines effectively.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) in a relevant field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in financial services, ideally investment banking.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities.
  • Solid understanding of accounting and corporate finance fundamentals.
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to engage effectively.
  • Demonstrated grit and resilience in high-pressure environments.
