Overview

  • Lead and manage diverse software development projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and delivering impactful results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and prioritize project deliverables effectively.
  • Utilize Agile methodologies to plan, track, and achieve project milestones efficiently.
  • Facilitate clear communication with stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Analyze and document stakeholder needs, translating them into actionable project plans.
  • Support quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet high standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project roadmaps, adapting to evolving priorities.
  • Manage stakeholder communications, providing updates and addressing inquiries effectively.
  • Document and refine project requirements, ensuring clarity and feasibility.
  • Collaborate with testing teams to evaluate test coverage and validate deliverables.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science or Business.
  • Minimum of 3 years of project management experience; 5 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle processes.
  • Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and quality assurance.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate goals into actionable tasks.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Detail-oriented approach with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Knowledge of SQL and coding is advantageous but not mandatory.
