Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring compliance with clinical protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with investigators and departments to meet study milestones and deliver quality data.
- Monitor site performance metrics and implement strategies for operational improvements.
- Oversee hiring, training, and performance evaluations of site staff to build a high-performing team.
- Provide training and guidance on clinical guidelines, SOPs, and regulatory standards.
- Develop and execute corrective action plans to address compliance and operational issues.
- Ensure patient safety and adherence to study protocols through effective oversight and collaboration.
- Lead strategic initiatives to enhance site efficiency and achieve enrollment targets.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Science or related field is required.
- Minimum of 7 years of clinical research experience, with 2 years in a management role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, electronic health records, and web-based tools.
- Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration.
- Experience in managing site operations, KPIs, and staff performance evaluations.
- Bi-lingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
- Willingness to relocate and work on-site as required.
