Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Plan, coordinate, and evaluate clinical education programs for NICU staff, ensuring alignment with care standards.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify training needs and develop targeted educational initiatives.
- Deliver engaging workshops, seminars, and hands-on training sessions for NICU staff.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs, implementing improvements as needed.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to staff, fostering clinical skill development and professional growth.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and accreditation requirements in all educational activities.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and active RN license.
- Minimum of three years of clinical experience in neonatal care; four years preferred.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP).
- Proven expertise in planning and implementing clinical education programs.
- Strong communication and organizational skills to manage educational initiatives effectively.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams in a healthcare setting.
