Job Description

Overview

  • Lead and optimize sales operations, focusing on Inside Sales, Customer Service, and Sales Funnel Management.
  • Oversee CRM system administration, ensuring data integrity for accurate sales forecasting and reporting.
  • Develop and implement inside sales processes to enhance customer engagement and drive performance improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer service metrics and performance.
  • Manage a global team of over 70 members, providing leadership and guidance.
  • Utilize analytics to monitor and improve sales operations and customer service initiatives.
  • Support strategic planning and execution to achieve organizational sales objectives.
  • Ensure alignment of customer service activities with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Direct customer service policies and initiatives to enhance organizational objectives.
  • Implement systems to capture and report service metrics, including customer feedback.
  • Oversee opportunity funnel management, collaborating with sales teams to close business.
  • Develop CRM policies and metrics to streamline sales force effectiveness.
  • Manage forecasted demand and order activity to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Monitor Inside Sales Teams' workload for prompt customer request handling.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide training for continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance team capabilities.
  • Collaborate on sales forecasting and budgeting to support department goals.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, technical background preferred.
  • 10-15 years of experience in sales operations, with leadership roles preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, and SAP ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in sales forecasting and budgeting.
  • Ability to manage a global team and travel approximately 20% for customer visits.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in the RF Semiconductor industry is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
