Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and execute multi-year IT category strategies, including software, SaaS, cloud, and telecom services.
  • Lead strategic sourcing events, ensuring competitive pricing and measurable outcomes.
  • Manage supplier relationships, negotiate terms, and oversee contract governance.
  • Collaborate with IT leadership to translate technical requirements into procurement strategies.
  • Deliver cost savings and value creation across the IT portfolio.
  • Identify and mitigate risks within IT contracts, ensuring compliance and continuity.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 7+ years of strategic sourcing or category management experience, focusing on IT spend.
  • Proven experience negotiating complex IT contracts, including software licensing and cloud services.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex data and tracking budgets.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement platforms.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing technical and executive audiences.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in process improvement and automation initiatives.
