Overview

- Drive process improvements and expand expertise in private equity fund accounting and reporting standards.
- Work in a hybrid environment combining in-office collaboration and remote flexibility.
- Engage in critical tasks such as financial statement preparation, tax calculations, and investment structure analysis.
- Collaborate with a dynamic team to ensure operational integrity and client service excellence.
- Participate in training initiatives and assist in onboarding new funds and employees.
- Utilize advanced accounting knowledge to manage complex fund structures and allocations.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Analyze accounting records to ensure accuracy and compliance with reporting standards.
- Prepare and review financial statements, including consolidated reports with footnotes.
- Calculate carried interest, profits, and losses according to fund agreements.
- Set up investment structures, including holding companies and tax blockers.
- Determine current and deferred tax expenses and related liabilities.
- Assist in transitioning and setting up new funds while training new employees.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain high standards of technical excellence.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Economics, or Finance is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in private equity fund accounting.
- Knowledge of consolidations with non-controlling interest is essential.
- Proficiency in realized and unrealized waterfall allocations is required.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are necessary.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work arrangement.
