Overview

• Support the Emerging Technologies Institute with digital media production and content coordination tasks.
• Coordinate podcast production, logistics, and guest preparation for episodes.
• Manage website content updates, organization, and accuracy of digital materials.
• Assist in developing content ideas and researching emerging technology topics.
• Collaborate with leadership and subject matter experts to enhance content strategy.
• Contribute to the growth of the institute’s digital presence and media initiatives.
• Provide technical support for digital tools and platforms as needed.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Coordinate podcast logistics, scheduling, and production tasks.
• Prepare guests and organize materials for podcast episodes.
• Manage website updates, ensuring content accuracy and organization.
• Archive outdated digital materials and maintain site quality.
• Assist in digital publishing and communications support tasks.
• Research speakers and topics to support podcast discussions.
• Collaborate with the team to develop engaging content ideas.
• Learn and utilize digital tools to enhance content production.

Job Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in digital media, communications, or related fields.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Comfortable learning and using new digital tools and platforms.
• Interest in emerging technologies or defense topics is preferred.
• Experience with podcasting, audio production, or content management is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant fields.
• Proactive and adaptable with a willingness to learn and grow.
