Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget management.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.

• Lead project teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to achieve optimal results.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with 10 years preferred.
• Proven expertise in managing large-scale construction projects exceeding $50M.
• Strong knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, fostering collaboration and performance excellence.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools for effective planning and execution.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage stakeholder relationships and vendor contracts.
