Business Analyst

Overview

• Serve as a strategic liaison between business units and technology teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment of objectives.
• Analyze complex business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and deliver actionable insights.
• Develop detailed documentation, including gap analyses and business intelligence reports, to support informed decision-making.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and best practices for strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose innovative solutions for business challenges.
• Participate in project planning sessions, providing expert analysis and recommendations to drive success.
• Stay informed on advancements in business intelligence technologies and analysis methodologies.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Perform in-depth analyses of business requirements and process flows to identify optimization opportunities.
• Create comprehensive documentation, including reports and diagrams, to support project execution and management.
• Facilitate requirements elicitation workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather and validate project needs.
• Communicate effectively with diverse teams to ensure project alignment and success.
• Summarize research findings and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Document detailed use cases, process flows, and functional specifications to guide project development.
• Engage in all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring thorough documentation and stakeholder collaboration.
• Utilize advanced business analysis tools and techniques to deliver impactful solutions.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in business analysis within professional services or related industries.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools, MS Office products, and documentation techniques.
• Strong expertise in gathering requirements through interviews, workshops, and modeling processes.
• Ability to write detailed, actionable requirements and functional specifications effectively.
• Familiarity with Business Intelligence reporting and analysis techniques is preferred.
• Certification in Business Analysis is preferred to demonstrate expertise.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing work to critical project timelines.
