Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Mentor and lead engineering leaders to achieve excellence in technical execution and team development.
  • Define and monitor engineering metrics to ensure predictability, quality, and timely delivery of projects.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to prioritize and align engineering deliverables with organizational goals.
  • Oversee technical execution and operational health of platforms, ensuring security, scalability, and reliability.
  • Promote disciplined use of AI-assisted tools to enhance development processes and outcomes.
  • Develop and coach engineering leaders to foster accountability, innovation, and professional growth.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to attract and retain top engineering talent, building a high-performing team.
  • Drive structured planning and execution processes to meet roadmap commitments and organizational milestones.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 10-15 years of engineering experience, including 5+ years leading multi-team organizations.
  • Proven expertise in modern web technologies, API-driven architectures, and cloud environments.
  • Strong leadership skills in roadmap execution, delivery tracking, and team management.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and sales/marketing integrations, preferably Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted tools and testing frameworks to enhance development processes.
  • Exceptional communication skills to convey technical concepts to diverse stakeholders effectively.
  • Proven ability to lead remote or distributed teams, fostering collaboration and productivity.
