Job Description

Overview

  • Lead and manage aviation infrastructure projects, focusing on airplane hangars and distribution centers, ensuring timely and successful completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with client expectations and industry standards.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring optimal efficiency and quality.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to address challenges and implement effective solutions for project success.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout all project phases.
  • Travel to project sites as required, managing on-site operations and ensuring smooth execution.
  • Utilize expertise in industrial, warehousing, and distribution projects to enhance project outcomes.
  • Leverage knowledge of Heavy PEMB and aviation infrastructure for specialized project management solutions.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to streamline project operations.
  • Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address deviations effectively.
  • Prepare detailed project reports for stakeholders, showcasing metrics and milestones achieved.
  • Ensure compliance with aviation and construction industry regulations and standards.
  • Manage logistics for travel positions, including lodging and transportation allowances.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management; 7 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in Heavy PEMB, aviation infrastructure, and industrial project management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of warehousing and distribution center construction processes.
  • Willingness to travel and oversee on-site operations as needed.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
