Overview

- Perform performance calculations and monitoring for funds, mandates, and separate accounts within the private markets platform.
- Collaborate with investment teams, marketing, and senior leadership to deliver accurate performance reporting and analysis.
- Engage with accounting and finance teams to ensure alignment with industry standards and internal practices.
- Provide performance details for RFPs and support model portfolio construction calculations.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Calculate fund, mandate, and separate account performance metrics, including IRR, MOIC, DPI, TVPI, and time-weighted returns.
- Assist in model portfolio construction and perform analytics and attribution analysis.
- Collaborate with investment teams and senior leadership on performance reporting and ad-hoc analysis.
- Validate cash flow inputs and review calculation methodologies with accounting teams.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal performance reporting practices.
- Provide performance data for marketing materials and RFPs.
- Maintain detailed and organized records, ensuring accuracy in performance calculations.
- Act independently and showcase an entrepreneurial mindset in problem-solving.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CIPM, CPA, or CFA preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or valuation; 7 years preferred.
- Proficiency in performance metrics, fund structures, and calculations.
- Strong understanding of accounting theory, fund accounting, and financial reporting.
- Practical knowledge of private equity, private credit, and bespoke transactions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus.
- Highly detail-oriented and organized, with proficiency in Excel.
- Ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization.
