Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage end-to-end program delivery, defining scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables for high-impact R&D projects.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across diverse stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Monitor progress and resolve technical and operational challenges in collaboration with engineering leads.
- Ensure seamless integration across hardware and software domains, supporting system architecture and development planning.
- Implement risk management strategies and maintain compliance documentation to support program integrity.
- Deliver updates and insights to executive leadership, investors, and external partners, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Prepare dashboards and detailed reports for program reviews and stakeholder presentations.
- Interface with customers to manage expectations, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction with program outcomes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of program management experience in R&D, defense, or technology-focused environments.
- Proven expertise in managing cross-functional hardware/software programs with complex technical requirements.
- Strong understanding of embedded systems, firmware development, and electrical engineering workflows.
- Familiarity with industry compliance standards and security protocols, including ITAR and DoD regulations.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills to drive program success.
- Preferred certifications include PMP, Agile, or equivalent program management credentials.
- Experience in high-growth or startup environments is advantageous.
