Job Description

Overview

  • Lead operational and client servicing support for fund intermediary partners and retail clients in a hybrid work environment.
  • Oversee external transfer agent provider and ensure adherence to fund prospectus requirements.
  • Manage trading across omnibus and direct accounts, ensuring seamless client interactions and documentation provision.
  • Develop strong relationships with internal teams to resolve client requests and deliver superior experiences.
  • Support US Intermediary Sales team for offshore fund distribution and assist with board reporting.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives leveraging AI tools to enhance workflows and reporting accuracy.
  • Monitor large cash flows impacting investor concentration and oversee key performance indicators.
  • Conduct operational risk assessments and manage vendor relationships through on-site and virtual visits.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Provide operational support to fund intermediary partners and retail clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Oversee call center operations, investor inquiries, and account management for direct accounts.
  • Draft and coordinate client communications, ensuring compliance with fund requirements.
  • Monitor external transfer agency providers and conduct operational visits for risk assessment.
  • Partner with product management on fund modifications and new fund launches.
  • Utilize AI tools to automate workflows, enhance data insights, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Manage industry reporting obligations and participate in relevant surveys.
  • Coach and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 8 years managing teams and supporting 40 Act Funds operationally.
  • Series 7 and Series 24 certifications required; Series 66 or equivalent preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with ability to handle large datasets and visualize information effectively.
  • Experience with AI tools for workflow automation and operational enhancement.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive and resourceful team player with mentoring capabilities.
