Overview

  • Drive laboratory excellence by performing advanced analytical testing and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Utilize cutting-edge instruments like HPLC, GC, FTIR, and UV/Vis Spectrophotometer to deliver accurate results.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance testing processes and resolve technical challenges.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to stay ahead in analytical methodologies and compliance practices.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Operate and maintain laboratory instruments, ensuring optimal performance and accurate results.
  • Conduct testing and analysis adhering to USP, FDA, and other regulatory standards.
  • Investigate and resolve Out-Of-Specification results following established protocols.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline laboratory processes and enhance productivity.
  • Train on new test methods and instrumentation to expand technical expertise.
  • Balance testing responsibilities and project deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 17025 standards and laboratory best practices.
  • Support troubleshooting efforts to maintain operational efficiency of laboratory equipment.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field required.
  • Minimum 2 years of laboratory experience, preferably in a cGMP environment.
  • Proficiency in laboratory analytical techniques, including titrations and sample preparation.
  • Experience with Empower software and chromatography operations preferred.
  • Familiarity with Gas Chromatography (GC) and Liquid Chromatography (LC) troubleshooting.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage a high-energy laboratory environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across departments.
