- Collaborate with Finance and HR teams to integrate capacity and financial modeling insights.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Lead diagnostic evaluations of current processes and workflows within the Private Wealth business.
- Identify inefficiencies and prioritize process enhancements using advanced analytical frameworks.
- Design and deploy scalable solutions to optimize operations and improve client experiences.
- Develop future-state operating models with clearly defined workflows, KPIs, and success criteria.
- Partner with leadership to align operational strategies with business objectives.
- Establish governance frameworks to monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field required; MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or strategic program management.
- Deep expertise in financial services, with private wealth management experience preferred.
- Proficiency in process mapping, workflow analysis, and operational efficiency frameworks.
- Mastery of change management principles and driving adoption in complex organizations.
- Exceptional ability to influence senior leadership and align cross-functional teams.
